USPS Mail Trucks Going Green.

The old familiar neighborhood mail truck may be transforming soon.  Smith Electric Vehicles will be joint venturing with AM General on the creation of a new USPS “Long Life” electric vehicle. AM General is building the chassis for the prototype and Smith is providing the electric powertrain.

I inform you, I generally get irked when folks discuss issues that they plainly do not know about.     hey i want to buy one with a gas engine so i can drive it to work in back that would be so cool and the smog thing move out of the bigger cities an live on a farm if you care so much about smog p.s not on my land unless you have a billion dollars.
